Welcome to Petra Yoga September Newsletter!

Dear everyone,
I hope you've had a great summer and that you have recharged your batteries for the new sesason to come. I am writing this while sitting in a queue for the ferry from the island of Hvar back to Split on the mainland of Croatia, so excuse all the typos. I had the most amazing 6 weeks away, having been to Italy and Croatia and really cherished the time with my family. So now I am ready to teach with the refreshed enthusiasm!
Having been away for a month and a half, I must say it was quite a challenge to maintain a regular practice. I had a good first 3 weeks, and then I did an advanced scuba diving course for a week during which time I didn't practice. After that, it was quite tough to mentally go back to the discipline of practicing every morning. Still, for me, overcoming that pshycological challenge of putting down your mat, doing the practice when your subconsciousness is telling you: "stay in bed!", is far more important than getting into some complicated pose.
From the 1st September the group classes, at the moment, are running with the same schedule as before. If you would like me to make some changes or add some classes, please email me. Also, please email me if you would like to book any private classes.
I am super-excited to let you know that this October I will be going again to Seattle to study with my teacher, Aadil Palkhivala, at his Therapeutic Teachers Training. One of the topics this year will be shoulder pain, which is very common amongst yoga practitioners.
As usual, please find below the classes during September. I haven't yet put any workshops on the timetable, but as soon as I do, I will let you know.

Classes at Petra Yoga Studio during September
Please find below what we have on offer during September at Petra Yoga Studio in Kentish Town. The class numbers are limited to 2-6 people, so you will get plenty of individual attention (think of it as having an almost private class but at a fraction of the price).
Please email me if you are interested in attending any of the classes.
Also, if you have any suggestions about the classes and class times, please let me know. All the feedback is very much appreciated.
